Refund policy

 

We want to ensure that you have the right equipment for your needs, and sometimes that might involve a change of heart.

We are pleased to offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase, but before you send back your item, please double-check the following:

  • The item must be in new condition
  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached

If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return delivery. Once you've submitted your return claim, you'll have 5 business days to return the item(s) through the mail and make sure you keep the tracking number.

Please be aware that if the item(s) are not received in their original condition (unopened, unused, with all tags and labels attached), a full refund may not be available.

Warranty

We build our gear to handle real conditions and if something doesn’t hold up the way it should, we’ll make it right.

All products are backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What We Cover

If your gear fails due to:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship issues under normal use

We’ll sort it.

What’s Not Covered

We don’t cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from heavy use
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or incorrect setup
  • Modifications or repairs outside of us
