HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?
Preorders let you secure incoming TIEGEAR gear before it lands. All preorder items are paid in full at the time of purchase.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your full order will be held and shipped together once the preorder item arrives.

Want your in stock gear sooner? No worries. Contact our team with your order number to request a split dispatch. Additional freight charges may apply.

WHEN WILL MY PREORDER ARRIVE?
We do our best to provide the most accurate estimated arrival dates possible. However, preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production, freight, customs, shipping delays, or other factors outside of our control.

If there is a significant change to the expected arrival of your preorder, our team will do their best to keep you updated.

CAN PREORDER DATES CHANGE?
Yep. While we work closely with our suppliers and freight partners, delays can happen. Ordering a preorder item means you acknowledge that the advertised arrival date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
