NEGRONI RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- 30ml Gin
- Fresh orange
- Ice
Method:
- Add equal parts, gin, Campari and vermouth to cocktail shaker with ice
- Half fill the shaker with ice and stir for 20 seconds.
- Strain over a huge spherical ice ball or cube as desired.
- Twist a piece of freshly cut orange rind and garnish with a cinnamon cigar.
- Burn the end of the cinnamon stick for smokiness.
