NEGRONI

A simple yet bold cocktail bursting with extra layers of flavour from tangy, fire-kissed orange peel and warm, smoky cinnamon. Crafted to elevate your evenings spent by the campfire.

NEGRONI RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 30ml Gin
  • Fresh orange
  • Ice

Method:

  • Add equal parts, gin, Campari and vermouth to cocktail shaker with ice
  • Half fill the shaker with ice and stir for 20 seconds.
  • Strain over a huge spherical ice ball or cube as desired.
  • Twist a piece of freshly cut orange rind and garnish with a cinnamon cigar.
  • Burn the end of the cinnamon stick for smokiness.
