BRUSCHETTA FOURSOME RECIPE
TASTE IT FOUR WAYS
1. PROSECCO FIGS, BURRATA & CHILLI CHRISP
A little bougie, a little bold.
Slice dried figs and simmer them down with a good splash of Prosecco until they’re soft and syrupy. Spread torn burrata over your toast, top with the warm figs, and finish with a drizzle of chilli crisp. Sweet heat meets creamy perfection.
2. RICOTTA, SMOKED SALMON & DILL
Light, cool & perfect for long afternoons.
Spread ricotta on toasted bread, layer with ribbons of smoked salmon, and top with fresh dill and cracked black pepper. Optional squeeze of lemon keeps it bright.
3. RICOTTA, PROSCIUTTO, CHILLI HONEY & DUKKAH
Rich, savoury & just enough spice.
Base of ricotta, then a slice of prosciutto. Drizzle chilli honey, sprinkle dukkah, and toss a few toasted walnut pieces on top for crunch. Best enjoyed with something cool in hand.
4. VEG MEDLEY – ZUCCHINI, TOMATOES, CAPERS & PARSLEY
Fresh from the grill.
Slice zucchini and roast cherry tomatoes until lightly charred. Pile onto toast with capers, chopped walnuts, and a hit of fresh parsley. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt.
