TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Tiegear Pty Ltd (ABN: 40 661 971 295), referred to as “the Promoter”.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 5pm AEST Wednesday the 13th of January 2026 and closes at 5pm AEST Sunday the 15th of February 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian, US & UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its immediate family members, suppliers, associated agencies, and companies directly involved in the promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, entrants must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:
- Submit their email address via the official giveaway entry form hosted on the Promoter’s website.
- Agree to receive marketing communications via email from the Promoter.
- Follow Tiegear on either Instagram, Tik Tok or Facebook at the time of entry. This will be verified upon the time of the prize draw.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be deemed invalid.
5. Prize Details
The prize consists of:
- 1x Go Fast Camper V2 Pro Rooftop Tent
- 1x Tiegear Blade 180° or 270° Awning (winner’s choice)

Total prize value is approximately $8522 AUD.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
This is a game of chance.
One (1) winner will be randomly drawn on Sunday the 15th of February 2026 via an electronic random draw.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter within 5 business days of the draw.
The winner will also be announced on Tiegear’s social media channels.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to an address nominated by the winner.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and stock availability.
Any additional costs not included in the prize (including installation or vehicle compatibility modifications) are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Marketing & Privacy
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to:
- Receiving ongoing email marketing communications from the Promoter.
- Their email address being collected, stored, and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.
The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or to administer the promotion.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Tik Tok or Facebook.
By entering, entrants release Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook from any responsibility in relation to this promotion.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
- Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.
- Technical issues, lost entries, or incomplete submissions.
- Compatibility issues between the prize and the winner’s vehicle or equipment.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries and entrants.
- Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
